The Defiance County Commissioners use contractors, like 5 Angle Construction, who fail to pay the area standards of wages, benefits, and working conditions established for carpentry craft workers in this community. When contractors fail to pay the area standard of wages and benefits in this community everyone suffers. The Ohio & Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenters believes that any effort to destroy the area standards for any worker can spread over the entire community affecting the lives of all workers.

Bad Corporate citizens can pocket an extra couple hundred thousand dollars a year by using “Rat Contractors” who can cost an estimated $34.7 Billion in federal revenue. Who does the Federal Government call on to pay that money? YOU! When companies use contractors like 5 Angle Construction to do their renovation work citizens like you end up with a big dent in the wallet!
